    Left PC and Xbox Insider due to significant OS instability


    I encountered significant instability this morning on both PC (Rog Ally X) and Xbox Series X (2 TB). On PC, everytime I try to play a game or open the store app, I get a pop up with an error code (I think it ended in 48F) that said I needed to be on the Internet, even though I was connected and able to successfully search with the Windows store app and navigate Edge. On Xbox, I couldn't connect to the cloud to sync any saves. Tried playing a new game i just downloaded and it stopped working on the sync attempt (software lock, essentially). The only outage shown currently is affecting Diablo IV. Also the Xbox app to console setup didn't work properly after the roll back update.

    Yes, my internet is fine (this report is being written and submitted via my wifi). Yes, I understand beta bugs and the instability risk that is inherent in this type of program, but breaking the OS so that the device becomes completely nonfunctional is clearly well outside of any beta bug expectation.

    Its not due to the insiders OS build I have tested it on 2 non insider Xbox 1 consoles and the problem persists. There is also no error shown, the console just restarts.

    Xbox is connected to the internet, but will not connect to xbox live.

    The amount due to the increase in users logged into Xbox Live, the network may be experiencing moments of instability.

    Only pc and consoles have insiders programs because they are ms oses

    Windows insiders and xbox insiders

    You can search insiders hub on the xbox store

    You need to have it installed on a PC or a xbox because that's how you register your console

    Having the app on pc also lets you register and unregister for xbox since settings has its own insiders settings
