Update video quality for iPad cloud users

not as clear as the ipad.... the surface is 1366 X 768 @ 144DPI but the aspect ratio is a pure 16:9 the ipad is extremely crisp... but the surface has a deeper 3D feel to it...

colors are bright... webpages come up & look perfect.... the videos do lack a little but still very clear bright and vibrant

and I must say the quality is A1 seems to be built like a rock....

ohh and as opposed to the ipad it has a USB input a microcard slot

Mine are decent quality as well. I assume quality problems stem from streaming the videos from a server (perhaps the cloud?) Also, even if it were 480p, the convenience of the service is a factor, not just the quality. Not everyone has a capture card ready
to stream to the nearest computer for storage.

Please double check if your iPad is up to date, for this go to settings > general > software update

If you already have the latest iOS version please try deleting the Xbox cloud gaming bookmark from your device
Once deleted restart your iPad, go to Xbox.com/play on safari to add it again
Re-pair your controller with the iPad and give it a new try
