Xbox Team Gives Advice On How to Handle 'Bad Games'

Phone/chat support do not handle suspensions/bans so they really can't give proper advice about them. If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

Unforunately there's no one you can talk to directly about that. As I said, the enforcement team are the only ones who handle that and you can only ask them about suspensions if you have one. Since phone support doesn't handle the same thing, they tend to
give the wrong advice when to comes to that.

Okay, Since they are escalating and handling it, I think it's probably best that I leave it to that team rather than give you advice that may make the situation worse. If they find that it is something that Xbox or an Xbox Employee can take care of let me know and I will do my best for you.

Unfortunately phone support gave you some bad advice since they don't handle suspensions/bannings. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums no matter what they've done. As long as you file a complaint via the console on the user the enforcement
team will investigate and take the appropriate action against the user.
