is 30$ a good deal for an Xbox one with no hdd, power supply or controllers?

Didn't need to replace the HDD (Yet), the new power supply came in and the Xbox is working with the new one. Thank you Ponkor. Guess the original power supply kicked the bucket.

There is an option in the settings, can't remember where to get the xbox to power down an external HDD when the console is of. I think it only works with HDD that don't have an external power supply.

If it is on with one with external power supply then I would say something is wrong as mine doesn't spin up while the Xbox is off unless it's downloading an update for a game.

When reconnecting all cables, don't forget the one for the power supply, disconnect it for at least 30 seconds.

Disconnecting the console from power like that, sometimes fixes controller synching issues

The power supply should always have a light on it.

Orange light on power supply/no light on Xbox One = Xbox One is off

White light on power supply/no light on Xbox One = Xbox One is in standby (charge controllers, download updates, etc.)

White light on power supply/white light on Xbox One = Xbox One is on

If wireless press console button 8 seconds unplug from power socket, if you have external drive unplug wait 30 seconds, plug into power supply power up console sign in. plug in external HDD, see if that works the issue is being worked on.
