    Issue with 360 games not showing up.in download history


    I recently bought the sonic legacy collection on my series x and all the games in this bundle are on the xbox 360 so I went to download them and they just weren't listed in my download history. I checked and these games are definitely on the 360 store. I then contacted microsoft and they told me to report the problem here so let xbox know of the issue.

    If you still have a Xbox 360, then looking at your download history will show all of your Xbox 360 digital games. Just goto settings - account - download history.

    Once you confirm the purchase of the game, it should be added to your download history even if you don't complete the download, so you can redownload it at any time in the future for free.

    Also go to your 360 then account then your download history and see if its showing there.
