That won't help.him he is in the SEA expansion regions which are pc only

Because you can only buy the PC version as you are in a SEA expansion region for xbox for pc NOT a xbox console region meaning you must use the pc windows 10 marketplace not xbox console market place

Your only other option is to buy a disk version for series x or xbox one s etc or use it on your pc

I figured it out thaanks to a fellow ambassador. You cant part pay for an item using paypal. So i cant use whats left in my MS account balance and then put the rest on paypal. So its now downloading
