    why aren’t my gift cards working?


    I have just redeemed 2 £25 xbox gift cards but it doesn’t show up when i try to buy something. it says i have redeemed them in my recently purchased but i can’t actually use them. whenever i try to purchase something with them they aren’t showing up and it wants me to add a card.

    You can use your account balance to purchase games on the store, but, you also need to have a registered payment method, in case the balance is not enough to cover the price of the game you are purchasing.

    On your console, please follow these steps to add a payment method:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

    Select Payment options.

    Select Add a new payment method.

    Choose a payment option, and then follow the instructions to add or update your payment option.

    GTA V shark cards

    So why is it that you are not allowed to gift shark cards. You can gift anything else but shark Cards. I have unused credit in my microsoft account but the only thing played is gta v and i want to buy shark cards for that game. But I can only purchase
    it for my own account. I cannot transfer it nor can I buy a gift card with my credit even tho I purchased the gift cards myself to put on the account. And now im being told GTA V SHARK CARDS CANNOT BE GIFTED !!! Why !!??!?! Please help
