    why cant I queue into a game, and why does gamepass keep popping up and can someone fix this


    I previously had the Xbox one s, but yesterday bought the Xbox series s as an upgrade to be able to play ncaa football coming out in July. My issue is that I can no longer play rainbow six siege on my new Xbox because everytime I click to join a queue the game pass options (ultimate and standard) pop up. I had bought this game a long time ago so I do own it digitally, and it loads up, but I just can’t get into a game. If you can fix this that would be great.

    I just checked my subscriptions and I guess I didn’t have anything. So I need game pass core in order to play online? I plan on getting ncaa football 25 when it comes out and what will I need in order to play that online? And I really appreciate the feedback

    I just don’t understand why I can’t play and 2 days ago before switching to this new Xbox I could. Why couldn’t it transfer over to where I can play my games online. I’m positive my subscription would not have expired within these 2 days so I don’t know what my best option is.

    You would need at least Game Pass Core to play it online.

    When you say you have Xbox Live, do you mean you have a subscription? If so, check your subscriptions at http://account.microsoft.com to see what you have.

    It's always been required to have a subscription to play online on the console. It was formerly named Gold, now it's Game Pass Core. The only exception is free-to-play games.

    You need Game Pass Core (or Ultimate which includes Core) in order to play online.
