Why is my Storage decreased?

    Why is my Storage decreased?


    I have a Series S with the 500GB internal, it now shows that 364GB is the total storage available. I only have 2 games installed which add up to 232GB. There is 132GB that I cannot view and or figure out how to delete. I would just like to know why it decrease from 500GB to 364 total and what could be taking up the additional 132GB that I cannot find. Any help would be appreciated

    Hi, POSTWARDRAGON10! Thank you for your reply.

    You can see your captures by launching the Captures app at My Games and Apps > Apps, though it doesn't show exactly how much storage is being taken by your clips and pictures.

    In addition to this, could you go to My games & apps > (your game's name) > Manage game & add-ons > Saved data, and look for "Reserved space"? some games reserve additional space for updates and other game data. Please check both of your installed games

    Reserved space on consoles phones and other devices keep the device running smoothky

    Also why you get a warning when you run low on space

    Thanks for the quick reply and explanation, where would I be able to go to check how much storage captures are taking up? Also, no games saying they were corrupt or stopped in installation. My total apps say they are less than 2Gb
