Why does my fh3 multiplayer not work on pc

my nat type is open and the issue is still there

Thanks for getting back to us! I am afraid I am out of ideas but no worries! I'll open this thread for other experts to provide their knowledge about this as they might have other solutions to share.

I saw the video now. It seems to just keep on loading and not entering the free roam mode.

When you test the NAT type, does it show if it is open? This is the only thing I can think of as to why it is not connecting online. Aside from that, might as well try to restart your router if the NAT is already opened. If you are connected via wi-fi, if possible try to connect it through a wired connection just so we can further isolate what else might cause it.
