Why is the refund limit reached if I haven't refunded anything?

What I can recommend here is to reply to the email and make an appeal to your request. You will need to explain to them the reason why you want to get a refund and why you should be eligible for it.

Thanks! No email, just a note on the refund status - "denied. Customers are eligible for a limited number of refunds per year, and you've reached your limit for this year."

I haven't bought anything else this year or asked for a refund.

And this is why there is a refund limit in the first place. Its not so you can refund every game you play and end up not liking.

I didnt even get the coins in the first place, that's why i wanted the refund. I'm not trying to abuse some the refund system or anything. I was clueless to the refund limit.
