Trouble with Persona 5 music

I would like to comment a probable error, when you get into a battle the music of the game never changes, it always plays Stage from Catherine and at the end when the xp is given At More Choice also by Catherine, at the begining this never happened , I have seen Walktroughts in YouTube and that never happens, you can hear the songs from the OST of persona.

At this point i'm kinda tired of hearing the same music again and again, I tried to contact sega support but they didn't helped me at all, idk if someone else has had this happened and have solved it.

I would like help 'cause I have done everything to solve this and nothing works, "Verify And Repair", uninstall the game and reinstall it again, update the drrives, etc, and the support only tells me to check if my Windows version is uptated, and sends me to look for help in microsoft.

I hope someone can help me to resolve this.

All time favorite for me is the Persona series. Persona 5 primarily.
