    Conan Exiles. Can't load save.


    I have Windows 10, using Game Pass. Started Conan Exiles, created a character, go killed. Resurrected. Character wouldn't move. Backed out to main menu. Hit continue, games says no save exists. I hit new game. It says, there's already a save, do you want to delete it. Yes. Sorry. error, can't overwrite. I uninstall game. Reinstall. Problem still existes. Can't get into the game. Deleted Saved folders. Same problem. I suspect it is a cloud save issue but I have found no way to access the cloud saves.

    Yes, only game with this problem

    No mods.

    I captured a 2.85 MB video of the problem but no way to load it. Insert Image would not load.

    Is there a way to send the video? It shows exactly what's failing.

    Thanks for sending over the video through private message.

    We notice that the issue is happening inside the game (in-game). However, we can think of two things here. First, if you have set your Xbox app for Windows on offline mode. Then, that could mean your game is not syncing on cloud. On the other hand, there is a system file that was corrupted. We may suggest you with troubleshooting related to the fix of this however, this could be an in-game issue that the game support/developer can also help you.

    Conan Exiles. Can't load save.

    I was having the same issue, I had waited to update until yesterday and the issue started immediately following the update. I tried several different things the solution that worked was launching "Conan Exiles Dedicated Server" which caused the cloud sync dialog to show up. After which I closed the dedicated server and launched the without BattleEye version and I was able to get into my single player save.

    Note I did a couple of other things I am fairly certain didn't do anything but I didn't try after each one.

    Navigated to the Conan folder and unchecked read only and applied to subfolders. Most gave an admin error even with admin rights.

    I also reinstalled App Gaming services because well it has solved many other issues I have had with GamePass games. It is under error code 0x00000001
