I want to know why my account was suspended (15 day)while serving a communications...

Regarding being suspended whilst already suspended, not all suspensions happen immediately...sometimes it can be days, weeks or even months since the offense occurred if it needed investigating. So, the 2nd offense could have occurred well before the suspension for the first offense had started but just took longer to be investigated etc thus making it seem like you got suspended whilst already suspended. Hope that make some sort of sense.

As to the reason for the suspensions, unfortunately, it is quite common for it to give no details, this leaving the person with no clue why they were suspended. And, as noted above, only enforcement have any information and an appeal is the only method of contact. The only hope is that the details section gets populated at some point (either because the details get added later or there is some sort of system issue preventing it from showing).

Unfortunately in cases like this not even Xbox support can help you and not all types of suspensions or bans are available for an appeal.

This happened to me also a couple days ago, I messaged somebody something that is inappropriate and all I should get is a 4 day ban from communication right? Nope. 2 days after I got banned for communication, I got a 15 day suspension. I don't know why Xbox did this. I completely understand why I got banned for communication, but a 15 day suspension? Also, my appeal was denied. Me sending a message that is inappropriate is not a consequence to a 15 day suspension. XBOX PLEASE GET BACK TO ME

why is nobody held accountable for the safety and enforcement team. there is zero integrity or transparency when it come to final judgmen Or the case review. how does Microsoft allow this to happen? a single word text is not an extreme circumstance. if what I read was correct that the only way they have the right to suspend an account. I've been playing since the inception of xbox live and this is what we have to look forward to?

this literally just happened to me, no reason my appeal was denied so obviously something has gone wrong. I’m calling them because I’m not being banned for 15 days for no apparent reason and their awful system needs sorting out.
