Why cant I chat with others on minecraft?

Did you opened powershell as administrator?

If yes, exist the possibility that the app is not currently installed
Double check this pasting these commands there:

Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices" -recurse

Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet" -recurse

If no error appears restart and proceed installing gaming services using the Xbox app

Or you can try this as well:

1. Open powershell as administrator again and copy paste this command

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

2. Install the app there, and select Yes when you see the UAC prompt (User Account Control)

Once installed try again

when i try to remove the package thing it has another error code: 0x80070002.

I did everything and it still wont work, and i cant even download mc launcher

I know for sure that I opened it with admin, both of the first things just didnt do anything and when I tried to download it via the second thing a download option wasnt there, I have the app it just doesnt work

Please try this:

Reinstall Gaming Services using powershell command

Press Windows key + X and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

Type or copy / past the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

Restart the PC and Open the Xbox application.

A blue notification with the following message is going to appear at the bottom:
"This app needs an extra component. Gaming Services is needed for playing some games. Administrator approval required. Install"

Select Install to reinstall Gaming Services, once installed try installing the Minecraft launcher again
