Help! Can't login after factory reset?!?! Buffer grey box, with spinning wheel!

Make sure your account security information is updated:

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

https://account.microsoft.com/

At the top, select Security.

Select Update my info, enter your password if you’re prompted to do so and then make sure your security information is correct and up to date.

Then, follow these steps:

Go to Profile and System > Settings

In the Settings menu, select General > Network settings.

Select the network you're connected to, then select Advanced settings > Manual

On the DNS field, input these:

Primary: 8.8.8.8

Secondary: 8.8.4.4

Save settings.

If it still does not work, please, if you know how to do it, make a Wi-Fi hotspot router on your phone and connect to it.

That way we can isolate the issue, by testing another internet connection, using your mobile data plan.

3. Do you have issues signing into this link: Microsoft account | Home ?
   
4. What apps were not working? How about the games?
   
5. Is your device at that time connected to the internet?
   

Here are some steps you can perform to try resolving the issue:



1. Check your internet connection: Make sure your Xbox is connected to the internet and that your internet connection is stable. You can try resetting your router or modem to see if that helps.



2. Please try another method to perform factory reset - How to reset your Xbox console to factory defaults | Xbox Support.



3. Try a different account: If you have another account on your Xbox, try logging in with that account to see if the issue is with your account specifically.
