Zyxel (Modems/Gateways) Zyxel C1000z: Firewall
Login Information

Gateway: 192.168.0.1

Username: admin

Password: (located on the bottom of the device)

Firewall

Open a web browser on a computer.

Type the gateway address: 192.168.0.1 into the web address bar, select
apply.

This will take you to a login page, type admin for the username and password (located on the bottom of the device).

Select Advanced Setup on the main page.

On the left hand side select Firewall under the “Security Section”.

Disable Stealth Mode.

Next select the Xbox IP address in the drop down for “Addressing Type”

Select Low in the drop down for “Security Level”.

Select Create Rule.

Select both Traffic In and Traffic Out check boxes.

Select Apply to save changes.

Suddenly can't connect to Internet on 360

Greetings Phane7!

May I ask, is your ZyXEL C1000Z operating in bridge mode, or router/NAT mode?

If it's possible, can you try connect your Xbox directly in to the ZyXEL C1000Z, and verify if you can connect properly to Live, or not.
