Zune will not sync photos from phone

Zune will syn videos and music fine, but will not sync photos.

I try to drag and drop and nothing hapends.

no error codes either.

HOw do i get my photos in full resolution off my phone?

Zune app for Windows 8.1 phone

You can get the Zune software here:

However, Zune is for syncing WP7.x devices.

For syncing Windows Phone 8.x devices, this page will tell you which software you need:

For some tasks, just using File Explorer on your PC will be enough to sync.

G'day Preacher! According to this article, the photos on your phone should sync automatically with Zune on your PC once you connect
your phone. The photos will be listed Collection > Pictures.

If this is not what you're seeing, then please come on back with some more details. What brand and model phone do you have and what version of Windows Phone OS is it running? Do you have the most up to date software on your PC? Can you please provide some
screenshots (without exposing personal info)?

 

If you're on WP8, you should not be using Zune, you should download from
http://windowsphone.com the right desktop software for your computer's OS.

If you're actually on WP7, Zune is the way to go and Misses Joust has a potential answer for you above.
