Zune Support

I am trying to change my Zune tag without paying 9.99 since I set it up for the zune 12 years ago long before microsoft linked this to everything.

Zune Support Sucks

So i downloaded a movielast Sunday, "The Ledge" and i didnt know that downloading would take forever, so i ended up streaming a different movie in the mean time. After that movie was done i went back to see if The Ledge was done downloading. It said The
Ledge is ready to watch. But i really didnt believe it was ready, so i pressed play and fast forward thru to see how far i could actually get in the movie and i only got about a quarter thru the movie. So i shut it down. Now it is Saturday and the movie said
if i buy this movie i would have it for 14 days. Well i go to watch it and it says it isnt available. I call up "support" and they say they cant refund me because i started the movie! Are you kidding me?!?!? I fast forward the movie to see how far done the
movie was! Even if i watched it that same day i wouldnt of been able to finish it because it was only 9% DONE!!!!!! I spent about $20 dollars this week on movies and cant even watch one of the movie i bought! All i asked for was my $5 dollars back so i could
watch the movie that i had bought. But "support" said that didnt have that authority. I talked to the manager and he said that there was nothing that they could do! I call BS on that one! For a guy that has been faithful to microsoft now for around 10 years,
and has spent multiple microsoft products, i feel like i am being spit on by these people. I could of went to Netflix, or Redbox and got the movie. But i went thru you guys to get the movie and figured i would atleast be able to get my money back. Very displeased
with the support of Microsoft. Thought Bill Gates could atleast give me back my 5 bucks.

 

Cancel ZUNE

Zune is not something you can turn off on your own. You must contact zune support (chat/email only) or xbox live support.

 

Hey, Brynatha! Unfortunately, you will need to pay the full cost for a gamertag change to be able to change it. There are no free gamertag changes offered after it's already been changed once (meaning it's not one of the automatically generated gamertags).
