Zune player

Can anyone help me connect my Zune player wirelessly. I have tried to but some links are moved. It gives an error code but none of the details match the possible problem. It won't connect to any domain it seems.

I tried my zune player but nothing...(yes i have a Zune and it works great!)

 

I don't know how to create a new thread...it is far to difficult to figure out!

My zune pass needs refreshed. Wireless refresh doesn't work. Connected to PC and that isn't working either. I need tech support!!

Does anyone know how to resolve this. I signed into my zune account on my PC, clicked sync, it said it happened, but my zune is still saying it needs a refresh and won't play my music.

Hi @EPL Bobbi, support for the Zune Pass has ended I am afraid. This is probably why it will no longer sync.

 

I'm having the same issues. I got a Zune for Xmas a few years ago, got the Music Pass, etc. Now I can't use the device at all. Keeps asking for a refresh? Time to get an Ipod i guess...

 

Had a good thing going with my zune since 2006...alas, it has come to an end. Why the betrayal Microsoft?

 

I'm going to try to answer all of your questions.

Zune Pass allowed for streaming after the program ended until a specific date, e.g. when your billing cycle ended. That was to allow a transition to the xbox music pass, which is now groove music. You can still use your zune and zune software though. if
you have groove music, go to your purchases and you should be able to download them. Then all you have to do is make sure its saved to a folder that your zune software is connected to, and it will show up in there.

Now for the guy trying to do a wireless setup, that feature was always buggy, and now they don't have any one working on it. but the best I can do for that is say plug your device up with a wire, go to settings and devise, and follow the instructions that
zune gives you.

For the refresh problem, try connecting zune to the software and sync device. The number one cause of that problem is the DRM license on songs. if the songs get updated via the computers internet, the license does as well and it should work fine after that.
