    There are ways around it. I would recommend looking at the historical posts
    in the Zune subreddit. I haven't changed the music on mine for years at this point, since I lost the computer that still had the Zune software. We talking a regular Zune or Zune HD?

    I ran the Zune-Firmware first, not sure if that helps.

    As others have said the Zune was discontinued in 2015 and it will be difficult to use the hardware im sorry but it may be time to upgrade your mp3 player, the easiest way to do this is to use a smart phone with an sd card you van then download music directly
    to it or put your own music on it using a pc.
