    Where do I look for support from either Microsoft and/or the community regarding questions on a 120GB Zune? If this question should be directed to another category and someone would let me know which would best be able to help with the questions I have that

    Zune is dead. Support is over. But i think it's a great pity. We in Europe have never been able to enjoy Zune. Would have liked to have had a Zune

    I'd guess that given it was discontinued a long time ago it's probably considered obsolete/legacy hardware and no support available for it.

    if the system says its taken it can be reserved or in use on zune or games for windows

    you cannot send friend requests to zune or games for windows
