Zoo Tycoon - Which Game Pass???

I have Windows PC and PC Game Pass subscription - and I have played Zoo Tycoon: Ultimate Animal Collection recently, in the past month. However, recently it has not allowed me to open it, saying I no longer own the game.

After spending 30 minutes on live chat with Xbox Support they ended by telling me this game is NOT available on PC Game Pass, and ONLY on Game Pass Ultimate.

I then cancelled my GP subscription as this was false advertising.

I notice on the Zoo Tycoon game page it STILL shows "available on these subscriptions" and PC Game Pass is one of the options.

Can anyone confirm if they have Zoo Tycoon working on PC Game Pass as advertised?

I have the same issue. It says it's available on game pass PC, but when you actually try to play it, it says it isn't available.

EDIT: the xbox game pass app on android shows the correct state of the game - Only available on consoles.

It is important to say that the games appear in my country, I don't know if yours is too.

Thank you, this is what I thought, however Xbox Support via live chat confirmed to me that this is not on PC game pass which is why I am unable to download it from the store for free. They said the game is only available "discounted" on Game Pass for PC. Which is not what my screenshots indicate and is false advertising.
