    Zoo Tycoon Ultimate Animal Collection


    I got the Xbox game pass for PC and installed this game, the pass is still active. The first time I ran the game it went fine, but a few days later I tried to play again but the game was not loading. After the main screen shows up and asks me to press
    space to continue, it only keeps loading and not running. The loading circle moves like trying to do something, but it doesn't show anything else. I reinstalled the game but no success. I thought maybe it was only taking too long to load, but left it loading
    for a whole day and still not showing anything, the circle just keep moving.
