Zoo Tycoon Ultimate Animal Collection: Not working on laptop

Zoo Tycoon: Ultimate Animal Collection is meant to be on Xbox Play Anywhere. It says 'See "Available On" below for devices that this product runs on. It won't run on this one'

It is meant to run on this device, as it is a PC (Unless it does literally mean a PC and not laptop. My boyfriend got it on my laptop yesterday, but I didn't have enough space, so I cleared some space, and went to install it but it's now not working. I was
really looking forward to playing this on my laptop, and to pay the amount I did so I could play it on my laptop as well as my Xbox. It clearly isn't a play anywhere game, and I feel like I've wasted money, and feel it shouldn't say it will play on PC if it
won't

Anyone know how to fix this. Spoke to support, but they basically told me to post here

Do I NEED to have an xbox?

As long as it is a windows 10 pc, Zoo Tycoon ultimate edition works just fine on windows 10, but not just Zoo Tycoon. Buy Zoo Tycoon: Ultimate Animal Collection - Microsoft Store

 

There could be a number of reasons this is coming up, be it an OS thing, or an issue with the specs of your computer not meeting requirements enough to run. What operating system are you running on this PC?
