Zoo Tycoon Ultimate Animal Coll. - Stuck on “Loading”

I hope someone can help - I’ve tried to contact Xbox directly with advice and had nothing. Nada. Nil.

I bought the game on windows 10 this morning, and I haven’t managed to get past the “loading” menu at all. I am yet to actually play the game..

Whether I select Tutorial or Challange or Sandbox mode, I am unable to do anything.

The game states it is loading after selecting a mode, then it stays on that orange screen for 25 minutes which results in me having to reset my computer as it will not respond.

Please give some advice! I have tried to look but am unable to get any idea of what to do next. Bit gutted I paid £20/$26 for absolutely nothing.

Do I NEED to have an xbox?

As long as it is a windows 10 pc, Zoo Tycoon ultimate edition works just fine on windows 10, but not just Zoo Tycoon. Buy Zoo Tycoon: Ultimate Animal Collection - Microsoft Store

 

You can talk to Xbox Support If You want a refund, You can clean the cache of your Pc or You can also reinstall the game.

I’ll try uninstalling/reinstalling first and see how I get on. Failing your other suggestion, I have asked Xbox Support to get back to me on any advice they have, if not I’ll request a refund.
