Zoo Tycoon UAE Helicopter Bug

I recently purchased the Ultimate Animal collection (Zoo Tycoon) for Xbox One. As I’m trying to complete scenarios, the helicopter for moving animals freezes and will not pick up animals. It works for 3 animals or so before freezing and I have to restart
the game.

Zoo Tycoon demo got a bug,this is why it still appears....This is a well know bug (Xbox support) and should be fix soon.

I’ve had this same problem. I’ve had to save the zoo and go back to the main menu and then reload. But mines started only moving one animal now before the helicopter freeze happens. Given up playing it now until (if) they fix it, it’s too frustrating!

 

I also have the same

problem, plus when a scenario does not let me go to success, but it

makes me go back to the home screen of my xbox.

I hope they get back soon so why not play so can not

 

Yup. Watching my wife play and she has to save, back out to main menu, and reload to get the game to get it to unstick.

This game is a dumpster fire of bugs.

AND I had to pay for this garbage upgrade to the LAUNCH GAME I PAID $60 for.

Disgusting.

 

is there any kind of fix or maybe help from a developer????
