Zoo Tycoon "Rhino Rescue" Challenge broken

Hi, I've been enjoying Zoo Tycoon and all of my other Xbox One games but I have now come across a very frustrating problem. The Rhino Rescue challenge will not unlock for me at all. I tried releasing some before the community goal was reached and my achievement
tracker did not update, it remained a zero, while my friends tracker kept updating every day when he launched the game. Now that the goal has been reached, it still will not unlock no matter how many Eastern Black Rhinos I release.

Every time I launch the game and go to the community page it says that I haven't participated in the challenge. If I go into a game and release some Eastern Black Rhinos, then exit that Zoo and go back to the community page, it will update and show me the
current release numbers. But it will NOT unlock the challenge. It still sits there at 0% and I have no idea why.

I've deleted my saves, deleted the game, nothing works. I have made new accounts to test it out and gotten the challenge on them with no problem whatsoever but it will not work for me at all. And when I close the game, it acts like I've never done it all
over again. I have no idea what to try, I really don't want to miss a challenge because of something that's broken. Any help would be really appreciated, I'm out of ideas...

£34.85. It's the cheapest I've seen it advertised for.
