Zoo Tycoon not uninstalling

Discus and support Zoo Tycoon not uninstalling in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; This is strange but Ive got Zoo Tycoon demo on Xbox one and I can uninstall the damn thing, there is a cloud on top right, is there anyway of getting...     Zoo Tycoon not uninstalling


    This is strange but Ive got Zoo Tycoon demo on Xbox one and I can uninstall the damn thing, there is a cloud on top right, is there anyway of getting rid of this, I am currently going to reinstall another one in hope of getting rid of the original one

    Zoo Tycoon Demo Will Not Launch OR Uninstall

    Posting as I have the same problem with the Zoo Tycoon demo not uninstalling and being greyed out. Resetting to factory settings is not a solution and they should be embarrassed to present it as such.

    Zoo Tycoon not uninstalling

    It should be uninstalled, pretty sure it just means that if you want to install it again it is stored in the cloud.

    Is there any way to totally eliminate this? My ocd wont let me even use the console with it sitting there lol

    Zoo Tycoon not uninstalling

    Other game demos are removed from the list (Kinect Rivals, Lego), but Zoo Tycoon stays with the cloud symbol saying 'ready to install.' When I click install, in an attempt to remove it, nothing happens. Full power cycle didn't help.

    I have the same thing, even with the demo installed and working.

    Cant install it either (thought it was full game being offered).

    Its annoying with these just sitting there.....Ive played a demo, I dont like it, wont be going back it but keep it there just incase.....

    Yes, very annoying. Same exact issue here. I have two seperate zoo tycoon icons in My Games and Apps. I can uninstall the Demo, but the other icon does nothing. It shows the option to uninstall, but pressing it does nothing. its an endless loop of nothing.
    Very frustrating.

    ^ Have you tried power cycling the console then trying to uninstall?

    ( when the console is on, hold the power button for about 10 seconds, once off leave for 30 seconds then turn on again )

    I had issues uninstalling COD Ghosts but it worked after power cycling.
