Zoo tycoon does not load, crashes

Hi!

I downloaded zoo tycoon ultimate collection this morning but whatever I do, it won't load past the first screen. I can get to the part where I have to open a game, but it gets stuck on the loading page and after a while crashes.

I have tried to re-install, delete cache, delete temporary files, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

A hard console reset might work

Have you done a hard reset/power cycle on the console after you downloaded the game?

Press and hold the Xbox logo on the front of the console until it switches off, waiting atleast 30 seconds before switching it on again.
