Zoo Tycoon Demo Will Not Launch OR Uninstall

I was having the same issue with Zoo Tycoon.

Resetting your console to factory settings will delete your local save files, but once you set the Xbox One up again with your profile, the save files will download off the cloud.

Doing this worked for me.

Console factory reset is unacceptable.

They should be able to fix this, if they know anything about their own system.

 

I too have this problem as well, am on the preview programme and updating to 1405 hasn't made it possible to delete this completely. I still have 2 tiles

I have the same exact issue. Zoo Tycoon has two separate icons. One says demo, and I can uninstall. The other one says "ready to start" , and I cannot do anything with it. I cannot delete it. I cannot move it. I cannot uninstall it. I cannot get rid of it.
Idk if its taking up space or not? Its really ticking me off tbh

 

Same issue here, and now I am unable to uninstall Fifa and other games and demos.

 

Power Cycle did not help. Zoo Tycoon keeps appearing in the game list and I can't get rid of it. Hope we get a nice software update in the E3, with this and other issues resolved.

 

Also having this issue. Sure hope an alternative solution can be found. Resetting my console and reinstalling everything may work but doesn't sound like the best solution from a customer support perspective. :-(

 

Same problem.

I have 2 Zoo Tycoon Demo tiles in My Games and Apps.

One works the other is greyed and appears to be corrupt data.

Please fix this problem because I'm not factory resetting and losing everything.

 

Hi everyone. I'm having the same problem with the Zoo Tycoon demo. I had two tiles of it after the recent update, wanted to get rid of it but only one deleted. I'm now stuck with this tile which does nothing and do not want to factory reset the console.

Having the same zoo tycoon tile issue! Just set up my external storage and moved over my games and app data . Now to decide if I really want to re-setup my xbox one (and probably have to redownload updates)or just deal with it and wait it out. I choose the
latter. I wish I had another option. (Hint hint please fix)

 

Changed my mind did the factory reset. It worked. It was really quick no long downloads just had to run the setup over. It was a little annoying but the zoo tycoon tile was annoying every time I saw it there

 

I also have this same issue. I refuse to do a factory reset and spend all day redownloading my games

 

Hey, PIMCO, and everyone else that did not get a response previously. First, I'm sorry to see that you are still having this issue. There was a fix that was implemented for this, but the
only way for it to be put on your console is by factory resetting your console. If this step is not done, the resolution will not show up on your console. Please factory reset your console to resolve this.
