ZOO Tycoon - Can't Get Through Tutorial

Hi everybody,

my son just can't get through the tutorial nr. 4 - as soon as he builds a tropical rock and adds an animal, the game wants him to sell the exhibition. But he can't sell it, because there's an animal on the rock. And there seems to be no way to sell the animal.

We tried it several times, tried to build another exhibition with other animals - nothing helps.

Does anyone know how to get over this?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. This appears to be a glitch in the game's tutorial. If you close the game
and launch it again, does the game start in the same area with the animal on the rock? Typically, we recommend reporting any glitches to the game developer. In this case, the game developer for Zoo Tycoon is no longer active. If the game is still experiencing
the glitch after closing and launching it, we recommend clearing the saved data
for the game. This will allow the profile to start the tutorial from the beginning. Be sure to let us know the results!

Thanks, but the game doesn't save tutorials.

But I already tried to start the tutorial again and it didn't help.

I will just skip the tutorial and hopefully won't face this bug again.

You may have to contact the game developers for support or see if you can change the control settings so that you can use a different key to pan out.
