Zoo Tycoon, Campaign Nightmare

So I'm not sure this question has been asked before because microsoft doesnt filter forums by games but...

Im playing Zoo tycoon on Xbox One and I completed a campaign, saved it and shut down my xbox. Now when I go on and click continue it loads up the completed campaign instead of the scenario selection (globe). I cant find a way to get back to this to select
my next campaign (because this event usually occurs right after you complete all the challenges. I think you click x to choose the next campaign).

So yeah, If anyone knows how to fix this or knows where I went wrong (so it doesnt happen again) I appreciate your timely response!

This didn't help, but I wanted to say I found a solution deep on a forum, I dont know which.

Although you wouldnt want to click new game due to the fear of loosing your saved progress through the campaigns... If you do click new game and follow it though onto the campaigns section, all your already completed campaigns are still completed.

In other words, just a development oversight. Poor really, but nevermind.

Hi ,

Try clearing your local save games. This will remove all saves for your games from the Xbox One and allows you to redownload them to your console from the cloud. As long as you have been connected, your game saves should
be backed up.

Visit Settings>System>Storage>Clear local save games.

The console will restart, once it restarts, start a game and it will automatically sync your saves.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
