    I'm sorry you have this problem, researching on the internet I was able to find that in the forum, the independent advisor Gerardo, recommends the following steps for a solution.

    Please go to Settings > Games > Xbox Networks.

    Verify that your NAT type is Open, if it appears Teredo could not qualify then enter the following link that will be helpful to you:

    If Strict or Moderate appears, then it may be because some ports on your Internet connection are closed.

    The best thing to do would be to call your Internet provider and ask them to open the following ports for you:

    Port 88 (UDP)
    Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
    Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
    Port 80 (TCP)
    Port 500 (UDP)
    Port 3544 (UDP)
    Port 4500 (UDP)

    Once these ports are opened, the NAT type of your console should be set to "Open" and thus solve the problems you are having with your connection.

    If the problem persists, it is recommended that you restart your Internet modem to check if the problem arises from that side.

    It is also recommended that you reinstall the game in case the problem is due to a corrupt or damaged game file.

    Keep in mind that if the problem also happens to your friend when trying to invite you to another game and if it happens to you with other Internet networks, it may be a problem with the game servers or the game itself, so it would be recommended that you contact with its developers.
