alright so this isnt my account, it is one of my friends accounts, and he was recently permanently banned for some charges that he never did. My friend said he hasn't been on Xbox for around a week, and that charges came out of his account and he didn't
buy them. He was unfortantly hacked and the person who hacked him said nasty stuff to other users, This cause the users to respond and my friend doesn't know any of them. This caused his account to be permentantly banned and he lost over $1000 in purchases,
we will be taking this to the BBB for further investigation.
