Zombie dlc won't load

I have a Xbox one x I'm playing black ops 4 my multiplayer will load but some zombie maps won't it just shows I arrow when I click on it it says map is installed but still won't load game

If you haven't tried already it may be worth trying a power cycle to clear the cache

Try to exit the game and go back in and try again.

Try reinstalling the DLC pack.

Exodus Scalpel

A hard reset could help maybe.

Hold down the power button until the console shuts down.

Unplug the power brick for 5 min and plug it back in.

That might solve the problem
