    Zombie Chronicles DLC


    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Recently I bought Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 with the Zombie Chronicles DLC. As soon as it was finished downloading I wanted to play the new zombie maps (Only reason why I bought COD). But the aren't any new maps just the regular one. Also I haven't recieved
    any of the DLC stuff but it says that it's downloaded. So it just looks like it didn't register the DLC or something. I have already tried to reinstall the DLC and the game but that didn't help. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

    Download issues

    So I cancelled a download on my xbox and I can't find it now. I've checked everywhere including manage game and cannot find the download, in case anyone was wondering it was BO3: Zombie Chronicles DLC.

    I paid the full price for a game that was advertised as being on sale

    hey, so I bought call of duty black ops 3 with the zombies chronicles dlc that is usually $79.99 but it said it was on sale for $39.99 with the Activision publisher sale, I bought it but it charged me nearly $90 for it

    Hi!

    Make sure that the additional contents are correctly installed using the "manage game" function. Once the game has been selected,
    the list of the DLCs to be installed should appear in the menu on the left ("Ready to install").

    It says that it's installed but like I said the stuff in the DLC aren't showing up.

    To check, what do you see in your
    Order History     for that transaction? Please be sure to block out any personal info such as payment information that may be showing if you send a photo. Did you own the base game of COD Black Ops III before purchasing the Zombie Chronicles expansion?

    On your Xbox One console, can you please show us what you see when you go to My Games & Apps>COD Black Ops III>Manage Content>Ready to Install and also "Installed"?

    Side Note: The game in question is “Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3”, and only “Zombie Chronicles” and “The Giant” work, everything else including the actual DLC packs don’t work.
