Zombie Army Trilogy Trailer Gives “7 Reasons to Upgrade”

I watched the trailer.

I want this game.

 

I like Sniper Elite and I like zombies, but the trailers and gameplay videos aren't doing anything for me.

Can we just shoot Codger first before we get properly into the game? just once?

 

I'm finding it strange this isn't showing up anywhere so close to release.

Is it digital only? (even if that was the case I'd assume it would be in the store for pre-order). It's not showing up on gaming sites release calendars. Gamefly doesn't have it listed. Nothing on Amazon.

PC version is up for pre-order so it looks to be confirmed for that date but other than the "7 reasons to upgrade" announcement it's looks to be MIA on the consoles.

 

Answered my own question......this is from their website.

"Why can’t I pre-order Zombie Army Trilogy in North America?

You can pre-order on PC but for reasons beyond our control we aren’t doing console pre-orders digitally.

Things are still being sorted out in North America for retail boxed copies, so as soon as we have any info on that we’ll let you know."

 

^ That sounds odd, am I reading it wrong or does it sound like it won't be available to buy this game digitally? or just not pre-order the digital version?

I know here in the UK you can pre-order the disc version from places like GAME.co.uk and Shopto.net.

Actually starting to wonder if this is going to be another Dying Light, digital first, disc later? or vice versa!

 

I had no idea this released so soon, that does make me happy as I'm pretty keen for a new game. I'll just get the disc version if it comes out the same time as digital.

I'm assuming in the US I'll be able to buy it on March 6 digitally. I'm hoping since I live on the west coast it'll show up in the store on March 5 at 9 pm so I can purchase, have it downloaded and ready to play on the 6th.

Probably wishful thinking since I don't think MS updates the store that late but we'll see.

I have tweeted the devs about the game, asking about digital pre-orders etc, whether get a reply is another matter.

 

I suspect that "Dying Light"'s digital first foray cost the publishers. I don't think they'll be in a rush to repeat that.

 

Not sure where the information is coming from but a few sites this morning are tweeting saying they heard this is going to be another Dying Light and only be released as a download on release, disc version will follow later.

Take it with a pinch of salt though untill any official announcements but it wouldn't surprise me.

I will be going digital unless by some strange reason digital is delayed and it comes out on disc first lol
