Zombie Army Trilogy priced at 49.99 when should be 39.99

On the Xbox store it says I need to pay 50 but on the website its 40. I dont understand. Why isnt it 40 on the Xbox one?

I already paid full price for it because it was not advertised as 20% off until my friend mentioned it and then when he went back to look it was back at fill price.

 

Im having the same problem. I went and checked out the game and it had a slash through 49.99 and said 39.99 for gold. So i went back and went to use a code to put money on my account to buy it. I redeemed the code and went back to the game and now it says
49.99 nothing about 39.99 for gold. How do i get it back to 39.99 so i dont waste 10 bucks more than i need to?

 

I also payed the full price of 49.99 now it the market place has it on sale for 39.99. The game released on the 6th and three days later it is on sale. Is there any way to get a ten dollar credit or even a code for a game that is worth ten dollars?

 

Me too... :-( I bought it also on the 6th but regarding my current expierence you will not get any money back. *** happens and we learned: Never bought a game shortly after the release date, better wait a few weeks/days. I've paid with Euro's but the pricing
was similar.. So 49,99 € i've paid.

I will stop using the store to buy premium/just released games, i've compared a lot of prices in the last days and mostly you get the games for a better price from retail stores incl. a bring back guarantee in most european countries ( if the game is still
sealed). Nothing compared to the "no refund" policy in the store.

 

So is this definitely in a "no refund" area or not? From what I'm seeing as in my case, when you searched for the game it was advertised as $40 but once you clicked on it/purchased it the price changed to $50. I thought maybe I was too late for the promotion
on the 6th when I bought it but it looks like the promotion is still ongoing. Any moderators care to comment?

 

Thing so.. Iam also sorry from my point of view and to be honest i don't believe that MS is accommodating in this case. I've learned my lession and i would be happy if iam wrong but currently our money is gone. ;-)

We want to make sure it's showing accurately now.

For those of you that already purchased the game, for a refund, you will need to
contact us via phone or chat support. They will need to refund you the full game, and you will need to purchase the game again at the lowered price. We are unable to provide refunds via the forums.
