ZIP not accepted?

to do with this:
Xbox Live Countries. Have you ever been able to make purchases in the past? I would recommend you contact Xbox Customer Support
and see if it could be related with something on your account itself. Also try to see if you can add the card online:

To add a new payment option for your Microsoft Store purchases only, use the following steps:

1. In a browser, go to
   My Account.
2. If needed, sign in to the Microsoft account you want to change.
3. Select Payment & billing, and then select
   Payment options.
4. Select Add a payment option, and then follow the steps to set up your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account as a new payment option.

Are you running into the issue on paypal while trying to set up the account or on xbox when making a purchase

Is it Paypal or Xbox that's the issue?

Hi, if your Country is not listed here https://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/countries then that will be the reason your postcode/Zip code is not recognised.

I'm having similar guide problems. Most all channels on the guide are incorrect. I have DISH and the device is a Hopper. It wouldn't accept my zip code during setup (44035) so I entered the zip of neighboring city (44039). This is very frustrating.
