Hello, this happens in a single game against bots and in the network. The menu and all the videos in the game work fine, but as soon as the fight begins, everything starts to lag terribly.

There is not much else that can be done for troubleshooting this issue since you have already cleared the storage cache and re-installed the game other than continuing to try to clear the cache and re-install the game since it's the only game having performance
issues.

Is this when you play online against others or just against the bots/computers?

All that troubleshooting looks like the right way to handle most general gameplay issues, however if that didn't resolve the problem I would recommend rolling back your console updates (that is, uninstalling the updates you currently have and then redownloading
and installing the newest one) by following Solution 7 on our support page entitled Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360
console.
