Zero point games

I just noticed I have 2 games I've never played showing up on my gamer card. How is this possible? I do own Halo MCC but have not played it. Also, the CastleStorm Definitive Edition I've never played it ever. I downloaded it because it was free but never
even started the darn thing.

How do I get rid of these zero point games from my GT?

Most likely this means you have signed in on a console that has the beta. Unfortunately, registration is closed, so there is no way to get in the beta if you aren't already.



Until the update is released publicly, you will only be able to make purchases on a console with the beta.

I purchased Microsoft points from walmart, redeemed it, but when I tried to purchase a game, it shows I have zero dollar. My account shows that I have 30 in currency. does that means something? I purchased the same card last week and it all went find.
Why suddenly I have this problem now, can you help me get into beta? So frustrated.

If you start a game from a disc or download one of the free games they will appear in your list, and there is no way to get rid of them unfortunately.

 

Can't be true. I downloaded Goat Simulator when it was free for gold members and it didn't show up on my gamer card.

 

Not sure why they would appear if you haven't played them but DopeGum is correct in saying they can't be removed like you could on the 360.

Another possibility I can think of, is that your profile was signed into the console while another profile launched the game and played. Do you have any other profile on the console that might have played either of the games with you signed in?

 

I have multiple profiles on my console. Typically, I'll start a new game on my silver profile to check it out before playing it on my gold profile. It's possible I started a game on another profile while signed on my my gold profile.

Nevertheless, this should cause a game I've never played to appear on my profile.

 

Correction: This shouldn't cause a game I've never played to appear on my profile. I remember a while back this never happened on XB1. As someone mentioned unlocking achievements in 3 games will cause zero points games to
drop off but something changed that.

 

That's never been the case.

You've never been able to remove 0 point games or games you've not earn't any achievements on no matter what you did.

It is a bit annoying,even demo's are listed there in your games played list.

It's worth posting the idea to be able to remove them on the feedback site

I know you were never able to remove them but playing 3 game in a row would cause them to drop off.
