Zen master cheev not unlocking

    just completed the challenge to unlock laisho however I didn't get the cheev any one had this happen tomthem

    I got he one for using his ability but not for unlocking him

    Halo: The master Chief collection

    Anyone know how to fix the problem with achievements notnunlocking, ive completed the last level of halo1 but not got the cheev however on the screen it says 100% complete and is unlocking

    AGAIN, Achievements are not Popping.

    So, I just finished Fallout 4's "Mankind Redefined" quest, WITHOUT it bugging on me, as some had, and the cheeve shows 100% but is NOT unlocking. Again, another broken Achievement. Guys, this is my 9th one to not work. WHAT GIVES????
