Witam

Kupiłem dziś Forza Horizon 4 na Xboxa/PC na sklepie płacąc przez Dotpay (formą BLIK) i nie otrzymałem gry. Natomiast otrzymałem maila z potwierdzeniem zakupu i pobraniem pieniędzy. Gry nie ma w bibliotece ani w historii zamówień. Co mam zrobić?

The word Xbox or term "available on Xbox" is not mentioned a single time on there. Same goes for:

Make sure you using the same account, go to the game you have purchased and see If already own It, If You don't, so you should call Xbox Support

Dziękuję za informację jednak zakup został dokonany w grze a nie w Microsoft Store. Tu własnie jest problem. Na moim koncie transakcji nie widnieje zakup ponieważ został on sfinalizowany za "kredyty premium" które są dostępne w grze (np po zakupie na Microsoft
Store). Dla mnie za zakup zawartości w grze odpowiada jej producent gry (Ubisoft) jednak on wskazuje Microsoft jako stronę / sprzedawcę w sprawie zakupu i jego zwrotu.

Thank you for the information, however, the purchase was made in the game and not in the Microsoft Store. There is a problem here. There is no purchase on my transaction account because it was finalized for "premium credits" which are available in the
game ("premium credits - eg after purchasing from the Microsoft Store). For me, the game producer (Ubisoft) is responsible for purchasing content in the game, but he indicates Microsoft as the side/ dealer on the purchase and its return.
