    Ich möchte mein abo mit Sepa Lastschrift bezahlen aber nach korrekt eingegebener bic und IBAN kommt immer wieder die Fehlermeldung beiden funktionieren in dieser Kombination nicht hatte schon jemand dass selbeproblem?oder weiss jemand woran es liegt?

    Sorry to hear it. If the payment method you want to set up is an accepted form of payment for Xbox in your region then please add it at https://account.microsoft.com then set
    it as the Primary form of payment. You should be able to use it after that

    Hi, hast du in deinem Account z.B. eine Kreditkarte oder Paypal als Zahlungsmethode hinterlegt? Erst dann kannst du im Store etwas kaufen, auch wenn deine Zahlungsmethode dann erstmal nicht betroffen ist. Aber irgendwas außer deinem Guthaben muss noch hinterlegt
    sein damit es funktioniert.

    Mögliche Zahlungsoptionen:

    • Kreditkarten
    • Prepaid-Kreditkarten
    • Debitkarten (nicht in allen Regionen verfügbar)
    • PayPal-Konten (nicht in allen Regionen verfügbar)
    • Lastschrift (nur Deutschland)
