Hello, I'm writing with this problem.: On February 22, my Xbox Live account was blocked, I do not know the reason (they did not even tell me why). I filed an appeal with the question "why was my account blocked? after that, I have an error on the page.

Согласно политике Microsoft, он не предоставляет реализацию своих продуктов и продажу услуг. Но почему если я пользовался сервисом до блокировки и имею на аккаунте уже купленные продукты не могу ими пользоваться? У меня должен быть доступ к аккаунту, без возможности осуществлять покупки
