Yugioh MD unable to be purchased with existing credit

I'm on a phone so I can't be as detailed as is like, but a newly released game Yugioh MD can't be bought through the dashboard, only Xbox.com. Multiple users are having this problem. What can be done to make Microsoft aware of the problem and how soon can
we all expect it to be fixed?

I suggest finding friends that play the game and duel them instead. A majority of random online matches usually end up incomplete due to opposing teams being unsporting by quitting. I used to encounter at least 14 quitters per session which lead me to only
playing against my friends and their friends as well.

 

Update: It's now featured on the first screen when you go to browse games, and it's still broken.

if they think you do not get for other countries

I think the only solution is to purchase the few remaining points cards and change from region to Asher us

or buy with paypal and change from region to Asher us

 

The game is still not released in EU Any idea when it finally comes out ? Thats BS
