Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist - game purchased a while back but now asked me to purchase to ...

I purchased the game on Aug, my credit card company thought it is a fraud because of how Microsoft Post it as not-required 800-642-7676 NV,

They filed a claim for me automatically to dispute it. I found out and cancel it.

So the money was charged, didn't get the refund. but Xbox consider i didn't purchase the game.

So i contact the support line, the agent said will be refund, and of course the refund didn't come

I contacted them again, she said the reason of that not refund because the chat was disconnected.

So i did all the troubleshooting with her, not working,

send me a yu-gi-oh specialist assistance, Not even the right website

Spent almost 2 hours, thought i can finally get the refund and purchase the game again. NOT THAT EASY

Now i am forced to post it and have to wait for 48 hours

I downloaded the trial of Yu Gi Oh! Legacy of the Duelist and really want to purchase the full game but if I go to Microsoft store it has no buy button anywhere it says play even tho I don't haave the full game, hopefully this is fixed soon. I'd appreciate
if someonee haas any advice...

I'm not sure why they would send you here, but you will need to work with phone or chat support for that issue
