"You've received an enforcement action..." except I haven't...

So, a few days ago I randomly signed into the Xbox Game Pass app, and it had a popup saying "Your account has been suspended, find out how this suspension affects you". Except, my account appears to be fine. I can still use it, I can join games, I still have voice comms etc.

Following this rabbit hole, if I log into the enforcement page, it says that 10 days ago, I received an enforcement, find out how this suspension affects you, and if I follow that, there's nothing. I've also not been suspended ten days ago, there was no break in my ability to use Xbox Live, etc.

More digging reveals it may be a family member, so I've checked all of them too, and none of them show any enforcement currently, or anything in their enforcement history.

I am unable to talk to anyone about this, as the only method of contact is the enforcement team, so I'm a little lost as to where to go next, there's nothing to appeal, there's nothing in the history to tell me why, no email (yes I've checked the junk folder) and there's no message on my Xbox.. But still, every time I open the game pass app, it tells me I've received a suspension. (I've tried clearing the cache and logging in and out, but it won't go away, and since it's mirrored with this online message, it's probably not app specific.

Anyone got any suggestions?
