Hello I recently bought halo chief master collection on Steam and when trying to sign into Microsoft put one letter Off my email and now I cannot gain access to the game at all. It is a cycle of change your username/email but I keep getting told the message you’ve already renamed this account. Please try again later any help would be good.

Have you tried to delete the game-saved data?

Enter this folder on your computer:

C:\Users\YourUserNameHere\AppData\LocalLow\MCC\Saved\webcache

Delete all files on this folder.

Launch the game

Sign in again with the correct e-mail address.
